Pear & Aperol Spritz

When the Aperol is out you know it’s summer time! Well, we are continuing with the Aperol through the end of summer and into Autumn with this Pear & Aperol Spritz.
Ingredients
- 50ml (2 shots) Aperol
- 35ml (1 & 1/2 shots) Pear Juice (or Apple Juice)
- 5ml of Cinnamon
- 75ml (3 shots) Prosecco
- 25ml (1 shot) Lemonade/Soda Water
- Ice
- Garnish: Half a Pear and a dehydrated Pear slice
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add Aperol, Pear Juice & Cinnamon.
- Shake for ~30 seconds until the shaker feels cold.
- Fill a glass with half a Pear and ice.
- Strain shaker contents into the glass.
- Add Soda Water or Lemonade, then top with Prosecco.
- Garnish with a dehydrated Pear slice.
- Stir, sip & enjoy!
