Sundown Spritz
Ingredients:
- 50ml Vodka
- 30ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
- 10ml Aperol
- Soda Water to top up
- Slice of Grapefruit to garnish
Method:
- Add vodka, grapefruit juice, and Aperol to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Fill a glass with ice and double strain shaker contents into glass.
- Top with soda water, stir, and garnish with grapefruit slice.
- Sip & enjoy!
